Charles E. Kirk Memorial Fund

Charles Edwin Kirk (1923-1977) was born in Inez, Kentucky. He was Executive Vice President of the Inez Deposit Bank as well as a president of the Group Nine Kentucky Bankers Association. He married Peggy Ward (1922-2009) who attended Centre College and received her B.S. from the University of Kentucky.
