Frank L. Rainey

Undated photograph of Frank L. Rainey. Rainey came to Centre College in 1908 as professor of biology, was named registrar in 1924, and elected dean of the college in 1928. In June of 1936 Rainey was appointed Acting President, a position he held until his death on October 2, 1936.
